Marco Fabbri, one of the most talented italian fiddle players focused on traditional Irish music, meets Filippo Gambetta and Claudio de Angeli.
Marco has lived and played in Ireland for several years with Brendan O’Hare (concert flute), Maurice Mc Hugh (acoustic guitar) and Michael Horgan (uillean pipes). Back in Italy, he has collaborated with Mariano de Simone (5 strings banjo), with The Birkin Tree (Italian band playing traditional Irish music) and with the Italian Folk Rock band Gong. The trio performs traditional Irish music as well as Italian tunes and songs.
